    I know it is a little while since I bought my computer from you, but I thought I would wait until I signed up with Westnet before writing to you and thanking you very much for all your assistance when I came in to see you.

    I have enjoyed using the computer every day and whilst I'm not a slave to it, I am finding so much about it that is interesting. I've used computers in the past for long, long hours and was in a position where I was able to access the Internet so it hasn't been too much of a hassle for me in using it now.

    I finally bought myself a nice little digital camera and have produced some quite beautiful photographs. That is one of the things that I was wanting from the computer so I've enjoyed that very much. Also, another thing is that since having the computer I have been able to catch up with relatives and family who I had lost contact with over time. This is great, as I do like to keep track of all my family.

    As fas as Westnet goes, you were quite right when you said their backup service is good. I have found them really helpful. Especially with any queries regrading email etc. They always get back to me quickly and are courteous in all their dealings.

    Once again, Simon, thank you very much for all your help. I really appreciated it and you saved me an awful lot of trouble and time."

    Charles went above and beyond the level of customer service I expected by firstly correcting a problem with a Netgear router purchased at your store, then setting up the network and also writing down the all IP addresses of the equipment involved.

    "RE: Staff and Customer Service at Your Como Store

    We try very hard in our business to at least meet customer needs and endeavour to exceed their expectations. When making contact with Simon at your Como store over two years ago I hopefully identified someone who was able to provide that service.

    Whilst we are a small business, we have continued to seek Cirrus for all our computer needs. Recently, we purchased yet another desktop unit and on the following Monday we had some configuration problems and reached your service people at Como. We spoke to a couple of people and it was Zul who was able to identify an added need. He suggested he could (fee based I might add which we would expect for an onsite consultation) attend to our premise and work through the problem.

    I was surprised when he indicated he could be onsite within the next couple of hours and upon hearing that I asked if he could solve a non-Cirrus problem; that is, a ***** photocopier/scanner with a network card in which we were unable to secure consistent scanner responses from the unit and which, I might add, the ***** technical people were running from. Pretty poor wouldn't say when ***** folks are willing to sell a high priced unit that supposedly performs some highly desirable functions BUT are technically limited in their ability to support.

    Well, as it turns out Zul and Chiiho solved both problems with a degree of service that Cirrus can be profoundly proud. Well beyond expectations!
